Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) in Tampa, FL seeks a reliable Utility Operator to support motor repair stages, cleaning, assembling, and painting parts for shipment. You will operate cleaning equipment and assist with motor prep, maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Operate hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Understand and follow job-related training, operational, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment including steam cleaner, parts washers, sand blaster, etc.
• Clean internal and external parts of motors to include frames, cores, armatures, gears, housing, and other equipment for repair
• Paint repaired assembled motors before shipped back to the customer
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks as assigned
• Other duties as assigned
