Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to assist in cleaning, stripping, and painting AC/DC motor parts through disassembly and reassembly stages of repair. You will use varied equipment to prepare parts and collaborate with the winding department, following safety protocols and wearing PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning and prepping AC/DC motor parts for repair.
• Ability to operate cleaning and repair equipment safely.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean internal and external motor parts for repair.
• Operate cleaning equipment: steam cleaner, wash stations, sandblaster.
• Use dip tanks, VPI systems, and bake-out ovens.
• Handle motors with fork trucks and cranes.
• Paint repaired motors before shipping.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
