Zusammenfassung

Technimark LLC is seeking a mold cleaning technician in Asheboro, NC. You will perform in-machine mold cleaning and greasing, report issues with molds or machines during cleaning, and repair leaking water connections as needed.

You will maintain molds water filters, clean machine platens after mold removal, manage safe shutdown and restart of molding machines, monitor safety concerns, and assist in toolroom and mold setup as required.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for performing all in machine mold cleaning and greasing.
• Responsible to identify and report issues found with the mold or machine during cleaning.
• Responsible for identifying and repairing leaking water connections or piping when needed.
• Maintain accurate reporting of activities and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Responsible to monitor molds water filters and change as needed.
• Responsible to clean machine platens after molds are removed.
• Responsible for the proper shut down and restart of molding machines pre/post cleaning.
• Identify safety concerns and report as needed.
• Maintain mold cleaning equipment assuring it’s in proper working order.
• Assist in Toolroom and mold setup when needed.
