Qualifications

• Minimum four years' experience as a millwright.
• Must have hand tools as specified by the Company.
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment instructions.
• Proficiency welding to pass company test (arc and oxy/acetylene).

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle machinery or equipment, using hand tools and hoists.
• Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
• Align machines and equipment with lasers, jacks, and measuring tools.
• Assemble and install equipment using hand tools and power tools.
• Perform maintenance and lubrication of machinery and equipment.
• Direct workers engaged in hoisting of machinery and equipment.
• May operate engine lathe or milling machine to grind parts.
