Job summary

Industrial Millwright position in Toledo, OH requiring skilled mechanical maintenance, equipment installation, repairs, alignments, and troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.

Will work on conveyors, drives, robots, air compressors, and pumps; read mechanical drawings and use CMMS for planning and reporting. Journeyman card or 3–5 years experience required; 12-hour swing shift with rotating days/nights.

Qualifications

• Journeyman card or 3–5 years of verified experience.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with precision equipment alignment preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Erect, assemble, repair and maintain industrial machinery (conveyors, drives, robots, etc.).
• Install/replace sprockets, gears, bearings, chains and drive components.
• Perform precision shaft, coupling, motor alignments.
• Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Plan and perform major repairs, rebuilds, overhauls.
• Make field repairs and modifications to keep production safe and efficient.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to improve equipment performance.
• Use CMMS for maintenance planning and reporting.
