Job summary

Mennel Milling Company in Toledo, OH seeks a skilled Mechanic Journeyman to maintain and support our flour mill operations. You will contribute to safe, reliable equipment performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, and a documented mechanical certification. Work hours are typically 7AM–3PM, with potential adjustments by workload.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
• A minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance work experience.
• Must have documented Mechanical certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and regulations (GMP, OSHA, HACCP, FDA) and keep audit-ready condition.
• Use test instruments, programming devices, PCs, measuring devices, hand tools, powertools.
• Operate fabrication shop equipment (drill press, hydraulic press, welder, band saw, sheet metal shear).
• Responsible for roll changes in the flour mill.
• Other duties may be assigned.
