Responsibilities include dismantling and assembling equipment, operating hoists and lathes, and ensuring adherence to safety and project rules. Strong problem-solving and tool-use skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; field experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
• Experience with installation and alignment of machinery.
• Ability to work at heights and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and installation manuals to determine procedure.
• Dismantle machines using hand tools.
• Move machinery using hoists and dollies.
• Assemble and install equipment such as conveyors and rails.
• Construct foundations for machines using basic materials.
• Align machines using hoists, jacks, and measuring tools.
• Operate equipment like engine lathes to finish parts.
• Load, transport and unload materials and tools.
• Observe safety and project rules.
