Brown & Root Industrial Services in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Journeyman with 3+ years of field experience to install, align, and commission machinery per blueprints and layouts. You will read drawings, install conveyors and rails, and perform foundation work with basic materials.
Responsibilities include dismantling and assembling equipment, operating hoists and lathes, and ensuring adherence to safety and project rules. Strong problem-solving and tool-use skills are essential for this role.

SUMMARY Journeyman - Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform work activities independently.
Installs machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in establishments.

Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
