Job summary

Graymont is seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. The role involves installation, mechanical repairs, and working on major process equipment with over-time, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

The position offers a 4-10 hour day schedule, shift differential, and competitive benefits including healthcare and a pension plan.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Millwright certification or 5+ years in maintenance required.
• Welding and fabrication experience essential.
• MSHA training and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Graymont policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Report and document health and safety incidents promptly.
• Promote safe work practices among employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Participate in Health and Safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Perform mechanical repair and installation of process equipment.
• Operate and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate as needed.
• Maintain PM records and work orders in the system.
