Job summary

Interfor Corporation is seeking skilled Industrial Millwrights to join our Monticello, AR team. The role involves reading drawings, fabricating and repairing equipment, and upholding strict lockout safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of millwright experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, weld, and perform fabrication work with different types of steel.
• Assess and repair machinery and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
• Determine shaft sizes, measure up, and build shafts for replacement.
• Recognize and change sprockets, bearings, and chains etc.
• Adhere to lock-out procedures to ensure machine isolation.
• Submit work requests and complete work orders.
• Physical requirements include walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
