Job summary

Interfor Corporation in Monticello, Arkansas, is seeking Industrial Millwrights to join our team in Monticello, Arkansas. Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of millwright level experience.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing/warehouse/lumber operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, weld, and perform fabrication work with different types of steel.
• Assess and repair machinery and hydraulic problems in a timely manner.
• Determine shaft sizes, measure up, and build shafts for replacement.
• Recognize and change sprockets, bearings, and chains etc.
• Adhere to an absolute lock-out policy, ensuring that the power source is turned off, machine locked out, and tested to ensure isolation.
• Submit work requests and complete work orders.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, sitting, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Top Pay & Incentives

• Starting Pay Rate: $29.35 per hour with advancement opportunities and pay increases based on skill level and experience.


• Quarterly Gainshare Bonus (performance based)

What You’ll Do
