Collins is seeking a skilled Millwright at our Chester, California location to maintain and repair machinery across the operation, including the Builders Supply store. The role requires reading blueprints, performing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work, and documenting progress in the maintenance system.

You will work on-site, ensure safety compliance, and may lead tasks or coordinate with supervisors as needed, including inventory coordination and training responsibilities for leads.

Formación

• Two years of previous experience or successful advancement through the Millwright Trainee program.
• Proficient abilities in welding, cutting, fitting, lubrication, troubleshooting equipment and systems, and component maintenance.
• Possess the basic tools related to the trade.

Responsabilidades

• Comply with safety standards at all times and correct/report any observed safety hazards.
• Troubleshoot, install, lubricate, replace, and repair machines and equipment including mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Fabricate parts and assemble machinery as needed.
• Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and schematics.
• Document work order progress using the company’s maintenance tracking system.
• On-site attendance is essential to effectively perform the listed duties and responsibilities.
