Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the millwright trade.
• 3 years of experience in mechanical, construction, industrial, or related work.
• Ability to travel to job sites and work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, alignment, and assembly of industrial machinery.
• Support routine preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Aid rigging, hoisting, and moving heavy machinery using cranes and forklifts.
• Read drawings and blueprints to verify dimensions and proper installation.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
