Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the millwright trade.
• 3 years of mechanical, construction, industrial, or related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, alignment, and assembly of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and automated equipment.
• Support leveling, anchoring, grouting, and precision alignment tasks; prepare and fabricate parts.
• Route and install shafts, bearings, belts, and chains.
• Help troubleshoot equipment issues; perform routine preventive maintenance.
