Job summary

RoyOMartin is seeking a Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery. The role reads blueprints, aligns and relocates equipment, and collaborates with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime and keep operations efficient.

Candidate must have strong safety discipline, basic carpentry, and the ability to work at heights. Flexible hours, overtime, and occasional work at other ROM facilities may be required.

• Must maintain outstanding safety and attendance record.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work at heights up to 120 feet.

• Following safe work practices and the corporate IBiZ NOW safety policy.
• Performing maintenance tasks including but not limited to cutting, welding, pipe fitting, bearing installation, potable water system repairs, sewer system repairs, fire system repairs, and facility maintenance.

Millwright installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs industrial machinery and mechanical equipment; reads blueprints and schematics; aligns, dismantles, and relocates equipment; performs preventive maintenance and repairs; operates lifting and shop tools; collaborates with maintenance and engineering teams; and ensures strict adherence to safety standards to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Following safe work practices and the corporate IBiZ NOW safety policy.


• Performing maintenance tasks including but not limited to cutting, welding, pipe fitting, bearing installation, potable water system repairs, sewer system repairs, fire system repairs, and facility maintenance.

Job Qualifications

Required skills:

• Good mechanical aptitude.


• Basic carpentry skills.


• Must understand lockout procedures..


• How to use Material Safety Data Sheets.


• Must have an outstanding safety and attendance record.


• Must maintain good work quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.


• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment.


• Must be able to work at heights up to 120 feet.


• Must be willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and at other ROM facilities when needed.


• High School diploma or equivalent.

Desired experience and/or education:

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
