Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our Milling Media and equipment to industrial accounts across North America who require powder processing and particle reduction in their production processes. The position is remote and will be responsible for the Greater US & Canada market s . You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new sales opportunities, and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your well-established industrial network to identify and new clients. In addition, prospecting for new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities will be required.
  • Cultivate and develop net new business from existing customers.
  • Work seamlessly across multiple industrial markets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that both client and company needs are met.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of applications and provide technical support to clients.
  • Work closely with customers on-site to present, promote and influence future purchases.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage territory accounts effectively, ensuring all sales opportunities are pursued.
  • Maintain and administer CRM Sales pipeline regularly.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, STEM related field.
  • Minimum of five years of sales experience in industrial milling / media sector or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and achieving sales targets on a consistent basis .
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of industrial wet /dry milling, media, powder / particle reduction technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Highly motivated to work independently and succeed in a competitive market.

Additional Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex product specifications.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industrial sales methods and negotiation of long-term purchasing agreements.

Compensation
