Job summary
Hadrian is seeking an on-site Construction Field Engineer (MEP) to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination for industrial utility systems supporting brownfield rehabilitation and new system installations. You will collaborate with the site team, design, GC, vendors, and commissioning to ensure schedule adherence and quality per drawings and specs. Strong reading of electrical one-lines and P&IDs is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or related field.
3–5+ years MEP construction experience, preferably industrial/manufacturing.
Experience with brownfield industrial facilities and reading electrical drawings (one-lines) and P&IDs.
Knowledge of safety, QC, inspections, and turnover processes.
Responsibilities
Drive construction schedule with the Superintendent.
Track milestones, installation dates, and critical-path activities.
Coordinate RFIs and submittals; ensure field installations meet drawings and specs.
Support quality, safety, inspections, and turnover activities.
Identify constraints and develop recovery plans to meet deadlines.
