Job summary

Hadrian in the United States is hiring a Field Engineer responsible for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing for industrial utility systems on brownfield construction projects supporting advanced manufacturing. You will work with the site team, design team, GC, and vendors to ensure execution aligns with drawings and specs.

You will review RFIs, submittals, track progress, ensure safety, and help drive schedule recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of MEP construction experience with industrial facilities.
• Experience with brownfield industrial facilities and site coordination.
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and control diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the construction schedule with the site Superintendent.
• Review RFIs and submittals for completeness and impacts.
• Coordinate multiple trades in congested environments.
• Verify quality, safety, and commissioning readiness.
• Support turnover activities and field problem resolution.
• Track installed quantities and progress against plan.
