Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Civil/Structural Construction Field Engineer to support rehabilitation and modernization of existing facility infrastructure for advanced manufacturing. You will coordinate with the site project team, design team, GC, trades, geotechnical engineers, testing agencies, equipment vendors, and internal manufacturing stakeholders.

You will assess field conditions, track progress, and drive resolution of technical and construction issues before they affect the schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of structural/civil construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, geotechnical reports, specs.
• Experience tracking installed quantities and progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive construction schedule with Superintendent and site team.
• Track milestones, deliveries, and critical-path activities.
• Review RFIs and submittals for completeness and impact.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and geotechnical engineers.
• Ensure safety, quality documentation, and field inspections.
