Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years mechanical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years gas-fired, engine-driven compressor experience preferred.
• Ability to read/understand and interpret equipment manuals, reports, and codes/regulations.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use MS Word/Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment including pumps, motors, valves, actuators, and compressors.
• Assist with equipment replacements, alignments, and startup activities.
• Inspect and document maintenance activity and regulatory compliance.
• Work with Area Supervisor to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
• Respond to operational emergencies as part of the on-call team.
• Train others and supervise contractor work as needed.
