Enviva LP in Florida is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure preventive maintenance on critical pellet mill equipment in a 24/7 operation. The role requires meticulous adherence to procedures, documentation of inspections, and supporting continuous improvement of lubrication programs.

You will diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps and rotating equipment, perform lubrication, and coordinate inspections. Candidates must lift 50 lbs, work outdoors, and meet safety standards.

Competenze

• Must be able to work safely obeying OSHA and Enviva standards for practices.
• Lift 50 lbs and climb ladders; provide own basic tools.
• Experience in preventative, predictive and proactive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, servicing mobile/heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment; understanding lubricants and applications.
• Ability to analyze process flow to identify issues.
• Ability to cut, thread, and lay pipes; repair, install, maintain various equipment.
• Repair, maintain, troubleshoot pumps, conveyors, valves, cylinders, bearings, motors and rotating equipment.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management system
• Skilled in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Willing to complete training as required by Supervisor and Enviva.

• Assemble, maintain, and repair piping and equipment; support procurement of parts.
• Diagnose and repair motors, fans, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Work with hand/power tools, welding machines, and other equipment for maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication; maintain reports.
• Inspect equipment and maintain good condition.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements for reliability and throughput.
• Identify corrective actions and communicate operational information for resolution.
• Rigging of equipment and following safety procedures.
• Operate mobile equipment as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Adhere to plant environmental, health and safety guidelines.
