Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a results-driven professional to oversee and coordinate design activities for mechanical systems in large manufacturing facilities. You will manage design and retrofit projects, review HVAC, plumbing, and utility packages, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance across the construction lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in project management and design, preferably in industrial HVAC and piping systems; PE, PMP,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management and design experience.
• Preferred focus in HVAC, exhaust, plumbing and industrial piping systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage design of new and retrofit manufacturing facilities.
• Review mechanical drawing packages (HVAC, exhaust, plumbing, chilled water/heating hot water, compressed dry air).
• Coordinate between Design and Construction to ensure proper information flow.
• Review / Approve RFIs, submittals, and material submittals.
