Responsibilities:

• Analyze test results, error messages, and diagnostic information to identify equipment issues.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery and parts.
• Disassemble and repair machinery components.
• Inspect parts for defects and wear.
• Test machinery operation to diagnose malfunctions using testing devices.
• Operate repaired machinery to verify repairs.
• Reassemble equipment after inspections and repairs.
• Maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Replace broken components and study blueprints/manuals for proper installation.
• Model company values and ethical behavior in all relationships.
• Ensure proper operation of mechanical devices including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
• Inspect work sites, develop work plans, and install or fabricate materials as needed.
• Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Industrial Mechanics or related technical field.
• High school diploma with 3 years of mechanical experience or equivalent education/training.

Physical Requirements and Environment:

• Regular use of hands, standing, walking, and operating tools; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work may involve exposure to weather, mechanical parts, fumes, electrical hazards, and noisy environments.
