Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in marketing coordination, graphic design, or related role preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar tools.
• Experience with MS Office; strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with CMS, email platforms, and social media management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion with deadlines.
• Maintain marketing calendar and manage materials development and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing objectives and BD efforts.
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
