Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Scheduler to collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain detailed project schedules. The role includes baseline development, ongoing updates, and alignment with pull planning and lean processes.

Responsibilities include CP scheduling analysis, facilitating planning meetings, and providing schedule-related training. Travel to job sites and occasional non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform schedule development, updates, and reviews with project teams.
• Strong communication to convey schedule comments diplomatically.
• Experience creating baseline and updated schedules and aligning with pull planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, build and update project schedules with the team.
• Conduct schedule reviews and communicate findings.
• Participate in all phases of planning and scheduling processes.
• Visit job sites to review status and update schedules.
• Support training on scheduling practices and tools.
