Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Manufacturing & Technical Services in the Richmond, VA area. You will drive customer-facing projects from intake through completion, coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and more to keep programs on track.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detailed follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or technical services.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• PMP certification is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-facing projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, schedule, and milestones are met.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Logistics, Finance, Field Service, and Customer Service.
• Track schedules, resources, risks, and action items; communicate progress and changes to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting customer expectations.
