Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation projects from start to finish, guiding a team of engineers and coordinating with customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage project schedules, scope, risk, and finances, draft change orders, and serve as the primary commercial contact, balancing customer satisfaction with team development and quality control.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in PM or technical lead roles.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage project margin and take steps to improve financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules and resource plans.
• Accurately forecast resources for projects.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Manage project financials including reporting, cash flow, and invoicing.
• Draft change orders and negotiate terms with customers.
• Enforce quality plans and monitor project quality throughout lifecycle.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Lead large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance to project team.
• Contribute to development of PM tools and QMS.
