The role emphasizes end-to-end process improvement, material flow design, and workforce alignment to support current and future production demands. The position focuses on leading lean transformations, throughput improvements, and digital initiatives, with collaboration across production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and significant relevant experience.
• Experience with capacity planning and production demand management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a greenfield manufacturing facility with optimal layout and scalability.
• Design labor strategies and staffing plans to meet production demands.
• Optimize end-to-end material and process flows across the value stream.
• Drive throughput by reducing WIP, lead time, and bottlenecks.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including KPI digitization and robotics integration.
• Act as lead engineer coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve flow, productivity, and performance goals.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives using A3 and DMAIC.
• Partner with production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance to align materials and execution.
