Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and significant relevant experience.
• Ability to design and optimize end-to-end material and process flows.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and implementation of a greenfield facility with optimal layout and scalability.
• Design labor strategies, staffing plans, and workforce deployment models.
• Optimize end-to-end material and process flows across value stream.
• Drive throughput by reducing WIP and lead times; eliminate bottlenecks.
• Lead digital transformation, KPI digitization, and robotics integration.
• Influence cross-functional teams to achieve flow and performance goals.
• Lead Lean/continuous improvement using A3 and DMAIC.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, quality, and maintenance.
