Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, IS, CS, Operations).
7+ years in business analysis, process improvement, PM, or digital transformation.
5+ years gathering requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
5+ years leading or supporting system implementations or transformations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management across matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digital innovation.
Gather and document requirements, user stories, process maps, and designs.
Lead or support digital transformation and modernization projects.
Coordinate UAT, training, deployment, and change management.
Serve as primary business-facing contact for app support and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with IT teams to align with cyber, EA, and data governance.
Leverage analytics, reporting, AI, and automation to improve decisions.
