Saint-Gobain in North America is seeking a Digital Solutions Lead to partner with business leaders and IT to drive digital transformation, process improvement, and application modernization across Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Supply Chain.

You will translate business needs into technology solutions, oversee cross-functional initiatives, manage application portfolios, and ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience gathering and validating business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting business system implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

The Digital Solutions Lead serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving digital transformation, process improvement, and application modernization across Finance, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other business functions. This role is responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions, leading cross‑functional initiatives, managing application portfolios, and ensuring digital solutions deliver measurable business value.

This position operates in a highly collaborative, multinational environment, partnering across North America with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to drive technology‑enabled business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, project leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000.00 to $142,000.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is $103,000.00 to $159,000.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
