Job summary

Bunge is seeking a Sr. Manager Project & Digital Leader NA to drive digital transformation across North America. You will collaborate with Global Teams to shape strategies for industrial digitalization, manage a regional portfolio, and align roadmaps, budgets, and timelines for value delivery.

The role requires engineering/IT background, strong PM and communication skills, and willingness to travel to support multi-location deployments. Join a leader in global agribusiness technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives involving robotics, AI, ML, and emerging tech.
• Strong PM skills including business cases, funding proposals, and grants/investments.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI and Office 365 tools.
• Knowledge of Python or C/C++ and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for project work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to develop Digital Transformation strategies aligned with objectives.
• Develop and align regional Digital Transformation strategies with stakeholders.
• Manage regional portfolio of manufacturing initiatives; align roadmap, budget, and timeline.
• Oversee pilots, proof-of-concepts, and implementations across Industrial Operations.
• Engage with innovation partners to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Identify partnerships and emerging tech opportunities supporting excellence.
• Liaise with corporate functions for investment analyses and business cases.
• Deploy scalable digital solutions with site leadership and operators.
• Promote digital culture via training, workshops, and communications.
• Support ICS-related projects with IT/OT teams and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
• Apply agile methodologies to accelerate value delivery and collaboration.
• Support Change Management, user adoption, and value realization strategies.
