Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Domain Project Lead 2 within its Manufacturing unit to drive client-focused programs in automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors. You will define scope, align objectives with business goals, and lead cross-functional teams from planning to delivery.

You will build strong client relationships, manage budgets and resources, and guide proposals and change control to ensure successful outcomes. Relocation may be required for project locations in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Role may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship may apply.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates for alignment.
• Drive process improvement including product research, benchmarking, and technology assessment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budgets, and optimize resources.
• Support technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs and capabilities.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and foster team development.
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements with proper estimation and approvals.
