Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance and welding activities within our facility. You will report to the Plant Manager, assign work, and act as a technical resource for the team to keep production on schedule.

The role requires 4+ years in maintenance, fabrication, and welding in a manufacturing setting, with strong blueprint reading and mechanical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to guide workflow and support team members in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Maintains conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Trains and supports other employees as needed.
• Operates small scale equipment as required.
