The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands‑on role responsible for supporting daily maintenance and welding activities within the facility. This position works under the direction of the Plant Manager to ensure facility work is completed accurately, safely, and in alignment with production schedules and needs. This role provides day‑to‑day guidance, assigns work, and serves as a technical resource for Maintenance Team members and Helpers
Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dust, noise, extreme temperatures, and moving machinery. The role involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel‑toe boots must be worn at all times. Occasional work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or outdoors may be required.
