Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve production equipment for maximum uptime. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and prevent equipment failures, read schematics, and support continuous improvement efforts while working the stated hours and benefiting from weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, and industrial controls.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Industrial Maintenance Technician

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving industrial equipment to ensure maximum uptime and production efficiency.

Pay

$30.00 – $35.00 hr. (Based on Experience)

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm (OT available)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Job Type

Full time, temporary to hire

• 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
• 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours
• $50.00 referral bonus. Both employee and referral must stay on assignment for 30 days to receive payout.
