Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Conroe, TX to maintain and improve manufacturing and warehouse equipment and facility systems.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support production uptime and assist with facility improvements across the campus. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or maintenance certification preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work flexible hours or overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility-related issues.
• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, dock doors and levelers, conveyor systems, production equipment, electrical systems and lighting, plumbing systems, and office facilities.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Utilize CMMS or maintenance tracking systems to document work orders and repairs.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and communicate parts/material needs.
• Support contractor coordination and vendor activities as needed.
• Follow all OSHA, NFPA, company safety, and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with facility improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support warehouse operations and production teams as needed.
