Qualifications

• 2-4 years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and tools.
• Working knowledge of preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Familiarity with hand tools, small power tools, and basic repair techniques.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and carpentry.
• Ability to read work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and routine maintenance on industrial machinery, tools, and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment issues.
• Install, repair, and replace components to maintain safe and efficient equipment operation.
• Complete general building maintenance and basic facility repairs, including minor plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Read and interpret work instructions, technical drawings, and bills of materials.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and moving equipment or furniture as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and company policies.
• Support special projects and additional maintenance duties as assigned.
