Job summary

Sttark Group in Greenville, SC is seeking a skilled Technician to own the systems behind our manufacturing operation, including electrical, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, and building infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain critical equipment and act with strong hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead preventive maintenance, support new installations, coordinate contractors, and document work to prevent repeat issues.

Qualifications

• Professional hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, electrical, HVAC, or related technical field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair ability.
• Experience with equipment, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other technical systems.
• Ability to read and work from technical manuals, diagrams, and specifications.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, HVAC/climate control, compressed air, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Build and execute preventive maintenance to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Support new machine installations and production buildouts by coordinating power, cable tray, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors for larger repairs and technical projects.
• Document builds, repairs, and learnings for knowledge transfer.
