You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and strong teamwork. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, construction, and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
• Diagnose issues, make repairs, and adjust machinery as needed.
• Assist with dismantling equipment to repair or replace components.
• Support installation of new plant equipment and perform tasks independently when able.
• Assist with electrical projects and perform minor electrical repairs.
• Maintain building systems, including lighting and electrical components.
• Operate shop tools and machinery within skill level.
• Keep shop areas clean, organized, stocked, and inventoried.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks safely and on schedule.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Inspect and assist work performed by outside contractors.
