Ōnin Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for Sealed Air in Rogers, AR. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing production equipment across extrusion, press, and bag room areas, reading schematics, and using SAP for work orders and parts tracking.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support safety inspections, and train new technicians, with a focus on preventing downtime and keeping production moving. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment in the Extrusion, Press, and Bag Room departments.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Inspect, clean, adjust, lubricate, and replace equipment components.
• Use SAP to process work orders, order parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Apply root cause analysis (5 Whys) and continuous improvement practices.
• Perform building maintenance and scheduled equipment inspections.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Assist with fire, safety, and sanitation inspections.
• Help train new maintenance technicians and support teammates.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment.

Preferred

• Understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing or production equipment.
• Familiarity with SAP or computerized maintenance management systems.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).

Important Things to Know

This is a hands‑on industrial maintenance position in an active manufacturing environment.

You must be comfortable with:

• Working 12‑hour shifts and standing on concrete floors.
• Frequently bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Accessing equipment using ladders, stairs, and elevated work platforms.
• Working around inks, solvents, cleaning chemicals, and other manufacturing materials.
• Using hand tools and performing detailed mechanical tasks.
• Following established safety procedures at all times.
