Job summary

BlueGreen Alliance Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, install, disassemble or overhaul complex equipment in a high‑volume plant. You will work independently and with others to support safe, reliable production and equipment uptime.

Candidates should have strong mechanical knowledge, pneumatics, instrumentation, schematics and P&ID diagrams, plus hands‑on welding, fabricating and basic plumbing skills to maintain and improve plant systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in high-volume process-based manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of mechanical principles, pneumatics, instrumentation, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
Industrial electrical and mechanical equipment background.
High school diploma or GED.
Technical Associates degree or equivalent training.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots, repairs, installs, disassembles, overhauls and replaces machinery and equipment based on work order or verbal instructions.
Provide electrical, mechanical and technical support to ensure safe and effective production.
Performs electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Develops and generates proper documentation for all facets of work duties.
Maintains communication between Engineering, Production and other departments.
