Job summary

thyssenkrupp Forged Technologies seeks a Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot and repair plant machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and handle building upkeep on site in Indiana. You will read electrical drawings, work with PLCs, robotics systems, and engage in routine maintenance activities.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; specialized mechanical training preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Machine and building repairs.
• Troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment.
• Robotic programming.
• Preventative maintenance activities.
• Read electrical and blueprint drawings to facilitate repairs.
• Maintain records of daily PMs and readings.
• Other duties as assigned.
