Saputo Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the United States, Florida, to diagnose and repair industrial production machinery. Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Industrial ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boiler and utility experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Strong electrical background in addition to mechanical skills.
• Experience with computerized or automated controls and ability to read electrical schematics is a plus.
• Willing to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose equipment problems by analyzing test results and operator information.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust machine parts and equipment.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts for repair.
• Inspect parts for defects like wear or breakage.
• Test machinery operation to verify repairs and functioning.
• Operate repaired machinery to confirm adequacy of repairs.
• Reassemble equipment after inspections and testing.
• Repair and maintain industrial production machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, VFD/HMI/Servo controls, conveyors, valves, sensors, level controls.
• Replace broken components and refer to blueprints or manuals for correct installation.
• Support industrial, refrigeration, boiler, and utility operations.
• Cut and weld metal to fabricate or repair parts and assemble new equipment.
