Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician in Fall River, MA to ensure the facility supports production and manufacturing operations. The role requires a diverse skill set including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC certification, with a focus on reliability and safety.

The position offers a daytime schedule supporting production, with a compensation range and benefits typical for the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certified preferred
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility for production operations and manufacturing processes
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks as needed
• Read machine prints and perform repairs to equipment and systems
• Work safely and efficiently under pressure to support production schedules
