Cresco Labs in Massachusetts is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to ensure our facility and production equipment run at peak efficiency. You will minimize downtime through preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and repairs of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to support manufacturing operations.

You will read blueprints, install piping and electrical components, maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS, and work independently with minimal supervision while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; specialized technical training, apprenticeships, or an associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• HVAC Certification is highly preferred; NFPA 70E, EPA 608, etc.
• 3+ years of industrial/commercial building maintenance required.

Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance and repair: diagnose mechanical failures, repair or replace defective components, keep systems operational through routine checks.
• Facility upkeep: maintain lighting, HVAC, life safety, and security; perform electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs as needed.
• Technical operations: read blueprints, install piping systems and control circuits, maintain maintenance records with CMMS.
