Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to support production and manufacturing operations. Duties include plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks, with schedule adjustments to meet business needs, including early mornings, late evenings or weekends; the shift pattern is 6AM–2:30PM.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance, the ability to read machine prints, perform repairs, and work under pressure in hot, humid or cold environments.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• An ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work in hot / humid and cold environments.
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills.
• Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations, control circuits and PLC's preferred.
• Relevant technical knowledge.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists
• Check HVAC components, doors, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
• Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Electrical troubleshooting and repairs including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
• Patrol building exterior for garbage
• Snow removal and salting / Mowing or other groundwork as required
• Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
• Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
• Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
• Use protective hearing, eyewear and safety shoes when necessary
• Other duties as necessary
• Complete required training in timely manner
