Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the production facility in optimal condition for all required operations. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC aspects, with potential schedule adjustments to meet business needs.

You will be responsible for maintenance of building systems, completing work orders, and ensuring safety protocols. This position requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Able to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Work well under pressure.
• Live in hot/humid and cold environments.
• Experience in production with mechanical/electrical/plumbing troubleshooting.
• Hands-on piping systems installation, industrial electrical and PLC knowledge preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must be able to work around plant material and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate completion of work lists.
• Check HVAC components, doors, lighting, roof and premises on schedule.
• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Electrical troubleshooting including bulbs/ballasts; plumbing, painting, carpentry as needed.
• Patrol exterior for garbage; snow removal and site upkeep.
• Assist in roof maintenance and painting patching.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems; complete training timely.
