Job summary

You will coordinate emergency, preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment (pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, robotics), review electrical schematics, and oversee crews to minimize downtime while upholding safety and union requirements.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree required; bachelor’s degree a definite plus.
• Minimum five years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA, JIC, ANSI, NEMA, and National Electrical Code.
• Well-developed electrical and mechanical skills for manufacturing equipment repair.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and diagnose production machinery.
• Excellent communication, analytical and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency, preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair large equipment (pneumatics, hydraulics, drives, robotics).
• Review electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to complete maintenance tasks.
• Assist supervision with overseeing maintenance operations to optimize manpower and materials.
• Identify training needs and develop plans to improve employee competency.
• Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with union contracts.
