Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or related role.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting; read schematics.
• Experience with shop equipment and hand tools.
• Read and apply technical manuals, diagrams, schematics, and equipment documentation.
• Welding, cutting, fabrication experience.
• OSHA safety practices, lockout/tagout, and machine guarding.
• Comfortable working at heights with aerial lift equipment.
• Attention to detail; prioritize work; safety.
• Good communication with supervisors and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
• Inspect and repair conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical systems on machinery.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Service hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Weld, cut, grind, and fabricate to repair or improve equipment.
• Service diesel engines, forklifts, and mobile equipment.
• Perform basic HVAC, plumbing, lighting repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and records.
• Communicate status and safety concerns to supervision.
• Support continuous improvement for equipment reliability and uptime.
